Skills Required
- 3-5 years experience contributing to or managing SEO programs
- Agency experience
- Proven success with SEO campaigns for medium to large brands, ideally ecommerce
- Strong understanding of cross-channel marketing principles
- Compelling written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Advanced understanding of technical SEO concepts (crawling, indexing, rendering, AMP, site migrations, page speed, core web vitals)
- Project management and organization skills; manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Advanced understanding and experienced user of Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and/or Publisher Center
- Knowledge of recent developments in SEO and generative/AI search
- Experience developing strategies for Google AI Overviews and optimizing for LLM crawlers
- AI performance tracking experience or ability to use emerging monitoring tools
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS as they impact search performance
- Experience with enterprise and standard SEO tools (Botify, Sitebulb, Conductor Searchlight, Stat, Sistrix, DeepCrawl, Screaming Frog, SEMRush, Ahrefs, MarketMuse)
- Comfort and mastery of spreadsheet formats (Google Sheets, Excel)
- Ability to create professional presentations and reports (PowerPoint, Google Slides)
- Contractors must provide their own hardware and a stable internet connection
