The Role

The Role:
This role is remote within the United States.

As a Remote Partner Support Specialist at Turquoise Health, you will provide dedicated support to partners, ensuring smooth collaboration, timely issue resolution, and strong relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for partner inquiries and issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve partner-related challenges
  • Maintain accurate records of partner interactions in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address partner needs
  • Provide feedback to improve partner processes and satisfaction

What You Bring to the Role:

  • 1–3 years of experience in partner support, account management, or customer success
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, CRM tools, and collaboration platforms
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Compensation:
$55,000 – $70,000 depending on experience

Job Location
Fully remote within the US.
