Our Digital Team partners with business units and clients to develop software and technical innovation. We collaborate with our development teams in science, mechanical and electrical engineering, physics, and geoscience to develop innovative software.

You will be responsible for monitoring real-time production solutions data, incident management, and data quality assurance. As a Remote Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Creating wells in the system, well entitlements, feed set up and monitoring of production wells

Managing Application support, tracking emails, phone calls, requests and incidents
-
Troubleshooting of incidents and escalation
-
Maintaining and developing Standard Operating Procedures
-
Communicating and facilitating continuous improvement
-
Working with regional and global teams to ensure resilience of service and information security

Managing additional projects as assigned by Services Center Manager or Group Lead
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:

Have Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering OR Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferably in Electronics & instrumentation

Have minimum 3+ years of experience and preferably 1-2 years of experience in oilfield operations.

Preferred to have Customer Service or IT experience
-
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Be Proficient in Windows Operating systems and MS office applications
-
Have Knowledge of incident management systems
-
Be Able to facilitate multi-cultural, multi-location teams
-
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Have Demonstrated proficiency with Internet applications, including e-mail clients and web browsers
-
Have Strong desire to develop and grow in knowledge and experience
-
Preferred to have Knowledge of ITIL
-
Preferred to have Knowledge of WITSML and ServiceNow
