The Role

Description: Provides technical support and troubleshooting for both internal teams and external clients.
Responsibilities:
Respond to technical support tickets and resolve system issues.
Assist users with software, hardware, and tool troubleshooting.
Document technical solutions and maintain a help desk knowledge base.
Escalate high-level technical bugs to the Engineering team.
