The Role
Your Mission:

The core mission of the Growth Strategist is to drive sustainable growth for our clients by developing, implementing, and optimizing data-driven marketing strategies. You will play a critical role in identifying new opportunities, refining customer journeys, and aligning marketing initiatives with business objectives. In this role, you will work directly with our Head of Growth and key agency stakeholders.

Initiatives / Outcomes for Success:
  • Develop and execute growth strategies tailored to client goals.
  • Analyze and optimize funnels, audience targeting, and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with paid media buyers, creatives, and data analysts to improve customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Identify and implement A/B testing initiatives across paid and organic channels.
  • Provide data-backed insights and monthly performance reports to clients.
  • Lead biweekly client strategy calls to align on objectives and progress.
Deal Makers:

✔ Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing data, KPIs, and trends
✔ Experience scaling DTC brands through paid and organic channels
✔ Expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and customer journey mapping
✔ Ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills
✔ Understanding of Facebook, Google, TikTok, and email marketing strategies
✔ A growth-oriented mindset with a passion for testing and learning

Deal Breakers:

❌ Lack of strategic thinking or data-driven decision-making
❌ Less than 3 years of experience in digital marketing or growth strategy
❌ Inability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
❌ Resistance to feedback and continuous improvement

Compensation & Benefits:

💰 $70k - $140k/yr ($65k - $90k base salary + performance-based bonuses)
