Summary Generated by Built In

This is a fully remote role. Our core marketing team is based in Europe, so we’re looking for candidates within ±6 hours of GMT to ensure good overlap with working hours.

CrazyGames is one of the world’s largest casual gaming platforms, entertaining millions of passionate gamers worldwide. We deliver a seamless gaming experience to more than 50M users every month, across web and mobile.

As we shape the next chapter of the CrazyGames brand, we’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team and play a key role in defining how millions of players experience CrazyGames across campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives.

In this role, you’ll elevate the quality, speed, and consistency of our marketing creative. You’ll work closely with the Marketing, Product, Partnerships, and Publishing teams to produce high-quality visuals that build and grow the CrazyGames brand.

What You’ll Do
  • Design high-quality marketing creatives across multiple channels, including in-product placements, social media, email, and partnerships.

  • Support app growth through improved app store visuals, banners, and promotional assets.

  • Be a key contributor to our brand and visual identity and maintain consistency across all channels, including product surfaces, decks, landing pages, and event materials.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support game launches and marketing events.

  • Iterate quickly based on feedback, performance insights, and evolving brand needs.

Key Outcomes for the role
  • Within 1 month, you have a solid understanding of our product, audience, marketing goals, brand, tools, and creative workflows, and have delivered your first marketing assets for live campaigns.

  • Within 3 months, you are producing high-quality visuals across multiple channels, contributing to improved app store assets, email banners, in-product placements, and social media designs.

  • Within 6 months, you own the production pipeline for marketing creatives at CrazyGames, strengthening brand consistency across product surfaces, social media, partnership decks, landing pages, and event materials.

  • Within 12 months, our marketing output is significantly faster, stronger, and more effective, and you’ve contributed meaningfully to CrazyGames’ brand growth and direction heading into 2026.

What we offer
  • Work on a large-scale gaming platform reaching millions of players every day, with the opportunity to have a real impact on how the CrazyGames brand is experienced worldwide.

  • A high level of responsibility and freedom. We hire self-motivated experts and trust them to deliver meaningful results.

  • Flexible working hours and location - the results are what count.

  • Team weeks: we get together once or twice per year. We cover flights and accommodation so you can connect, collaborate, and have fun with the team.

  • The opportunity to play games and legitimately call it work.

Reach out if:

  • You have 3+ years of experience as a brand, graphic, or marketing designer.

  • Strong brand and visual designer, confident using tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and InDesign.

  • You have experience creating marketing assets for digital products, including app store assets, ads, banners, and social visuals.

  • You can work fast, iterate daily, and balance creative quality with performance-driven thinking.

  • You have a good eye for visual storytelling and understand how to apply a brand consistently across many touchpoints.

  • You’re excited about games, gaming communities, or digital entertainment, and care about how players experience a product visually.

  • You’re comfortable working independently, take ownership of your work, and collaborate effectively in a remote, cross-functional team.

Nice to have:

  • Comfort with video editing and basic motion design (e.g. Premiere, After Effects, or similar).

  • Experience working with 3D tools or assets.
