We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional service to our customers via phone, chat, or email.
Description
- Assist customers with inquiries, product issues, and service-related questions.
- Resolve complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Log customer interactions and provide follow-up as needed.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic attitude while troubleshooting and assisting customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
