The Role

Summary
We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional service to our customers via phone, chat, or email.

Description

  • Assist customers with inquiries, product issues, and service-related questions.
  • Resolve complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Log customer interactions and provide follow-up as needed.
  • Maintain a professional and empathetic attitude while troubleshooting and assisting customers.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
