The Role:
This role is remote within the United States.
As a Remote Community Manager at Turquoise Health, you will manage online communities, forums, and social engagement to foster a positive and engaged user base.
Responsibilities:
- Moderate and manage online communities and forums
- Engage with users to answer questions, provide guidance, and encourage participation
- Develop content and campaigns to increase engagement
- Monitor community metrics and report on trends
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams
What You Bring to the Role:
- 1–3 years of experience in community management, social media, or engagement roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, community platforms, and social media tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Compensation:
$55,000 – $70,000 depending on experience
