At World Business Lenders (WBL), we provide flexible, short-term commercial loans backed by real estate to help small and medium-sized businesses across the United States, particularly those facing difficulties with traditional financing.
- This position is a Contract/Consultant role with working hours typically from 9:00 am-6:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Applicants should have an excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.

Requirements
- Education:
Law degree (licensed attorney preferred). - Experience:
Ideally 3+ years of professional experience. - Experience working within established companies or mid-to-large law firms is strongly preferred.
- Industry Background:
Corporate law, real estate, finance, or a related practice area. The ideal candidate has experience operating in structured environments and supporting business-facing legal functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and manage the billing process, including coordination and tracking.
- Prepare and review LTRs, RFPs, and engagement letters.
- Review, draft, and analyze agreements to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
- Maintain and update internal dashboards (Monday.com), ensuring accurate tracking of legal matters and deadlines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support ongoing legal and operational needs.
- Technical Skills Required:
- Licensed lawyer with strong contract review and drafting experience.
- Experience with corporate documentation and structured reporting.
- Comfortable using project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) and productivity platforms.
- Essential Soft Skills:
