In close collaboration with our field sales team; the Remote Sales team works closely with our clients to identify their needs and fulfil their sales requirements, offering an excellent bespoke service in order to retain our clients and build relationships

What You'll do:
- Collaborate closely with the Territory Sales team to build and maintain a flawless Territory Business plan that aligns with our strategic goals
- Develop and successfully implement prospecting and business development strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities
- Remotely sell Baxter's innovative products and retain end-user customers within an assigned geographic area or specific customer accounts
- Promote and establish education of Baxter's products and services to healthcare professionals, ensuring they are well-informed and equipped to use our solutions effectively
- Work with various departments to meticulously plan and implement sales activities that drive growth and customer happiness
- Provide ongoing sales support, including conducting sales calls, analyzing data, and following up on customer opportunities to ensure outstanding service
- Collaborate with tender and contract departments to lead and manage large-scale tenders and contracts, ensuring we secure and deliver on key partnerships
- Deliver accurate product information, forecasting, and active supply chain management to maintain high levels of customer trust and happiness
- Conduct regular Business Reviews with customers to understand their needs and adjust our strategies accordingly
- Translate market insights into clear, actionable sales priorities that drive our success
- Submit accurate monthly forecasts based on intelligent and realistic pipeline management, ensuring we meet and exceed our sales targets
What we need form you:
- A proven passion for selling and a positive demeanor towards remote sales, with a focus on achieving outstanding results
- Previous remote sales experience or a strong desire to transition from a field-based sales role
- Experience in the medical sales industry, with a deep understanding of healthcare professionals' needs and challenges
- A strong teamwork and collaborative approach, with the ability to work seamlessly with different departments to achieve shared goals
- Comfortable taking personal accountability for actions and outcomes, demonstrating a dedication to excellence
- A proactive approach and resilient attitude in developing new prospects and closing deals, even in challenging environments
- Strong presentation and communication skills over the phone, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and effectively
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, embracing new challenges and opportunities
- Willingness to challenge the status quo and develop new ways of working that align with our customers' needs and expectations
