Job Description:
The Remodel and Design Sales Consultant position is a hybrid between Sales and Design on Flooring and Home Remodels including Kitchens, bathrooms, and basement. Determine the needs of the client by creating a customer relationship and helping assist and direct the clients on the design and selection process.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide top-notch customer service and client support as necessary, while negotiating transactions, drafting sales proposals, and working through the project until completion.
- Have knowledge of our construction details and abilities, in order to help design the best possible remodel that will meet all client needs and wants.
- Perform on-site field research of existing conditions and take photographs and measurements.
Skills and Requirements:
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Sales experience a must
- Compose well-written estimates for the homeowners.
- Has a strong work ethic, is motivated, focused, and disciplined.
- Confident, outgoing, and energetic
- Self-starter with superior time-management skills - Has the ability to develop rapport and build relationships.
- Comfortable with technology and computers.
