Key Responsibilities
- Represent your favorite brands on social media and other platforms
- Respond timely and accurately to emails and social media messages
- Provide a meaningful and engaging experience with every interaction
- Resolve customer requests with care and professionalism
Basic Qualifications
- No prior customer service experience required! (No, really, we mean it!)
- Must have laptop/computer with internet access
- High proficiency in English grammar and punctuation
