1. Support test engineering for sustaining products, product qualification testing process, product transfer.
2. Test Yield monitoring and yield improvement. Root cause analysis and Failure Analysis, document known failure and distribute to production team.
3. Lead product's team members to improve process, reduce downtime and scrap cost.
