We are seeking a proactive and technically adept Team Member for our Support Team based in India, focusing on the MCX, NSE, and BSE markets. This role is integral to our operations, ensuring our systems and strategies are functioning optimally. The successful candidate will be reactive, well-versed in Python, and have experience in growing existing Python frameworks. Expertise in building and managing Airflow DAGs is crucial. Familiarity with Order Routing, Market Data, and various venue protocols is necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Working with a Regional support team, ensuring efficient handling of issues, and providing timely solutions.
- Enhancing our existing Python script framework, driving its growth and contributing to the codebase.
- Providing support for the MCX, NSE, and BSE trading systems, with an emphasis on order routing and market data systems.
- Developing, maintaining, and optimizing Scheduling tools ( Airflow DAGs) in line with business requirements.
- Supporting high-frequency trading systems, focusing on order passing and market data systems.
- Collaborating with internal teams to handle technical issues and improve systems and protocols based on feedback and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in the Industry
- Solid experience in a technology or support function, preferably in the crypto or finance industry.
- Strong Unix skills along with programming skills in Python and experience in Scheduling tools like Airflow DAGs.
- In-depth understanding of HFT systems, Order Passing, and Market Data.
- Deep understanding of MCX, NSE, and BSE systems, Order Routing, and Market Data.
- Good understanding of networking and system concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage and coordinate a distributed team effectively.
- Willingness to provide after-hours support when necessary.
