Release Co-Ordinator

Experience- 3-5 years

Location- Kochi, Coimbatore, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate end-to-end release activities across development, QA, DevOps, and business
  • Create, track, and manage Change Requests (CRs) in alignment with ITIL change management
  • Review and approve DevOps pipelines to ensure deployment readiness and compliance with release
  • Conduct release readiness reviews and ensure all quality gates are met before
  • Schedule and manage production releases with minimal disruption to business
  • Facilitate CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetings and document release
  • Monitor post-release activities and ensure proper incident management if
  • Maintain release documentation, reports, and audit
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and organizational governance
  • Communicate release status, risks, and issues to stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in Release Management / Change
  • Strong hands-on experience in creating and managing Change Requests (CRs).
  • Experience reviewing and approving DevOps pipelines (Azure DevOps / Jenkins / similar CI/CD tools).
  • Solid understanding of ITIL framework and change management
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum
  • Experience working with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, or
  • Strong risk assessment and impact analysis

 

Soft Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple releases
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving
  • Strong organizational and time-management

Preferred Qualifications
  • ITIL Foundation certification (preferred).
  • Experience in cloud environments (Azure / AWS) is an added
  • Exposure to automated deployment and release governance
