WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, serving as the face of Prizeout and supporting them in optimizing their member experience, with a strong focus on account growth and retention
- Proactively manage a large portfolio, implementing processes to drive operational efficiency and deepen partner engagement
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts, including upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue
- Navigate our tech stack (Salesforce, Fireflies, Slack, etc.) to maintain accurate records, with a focus on data hygiene
- Build strong relationships with partners and act as their internal champion; ensuring each has an exceptional experience from day one
- Collaborate with new partners to understand their current workflows, pain points and obstacles
- Problem-solve alongside partners and Operations/Product/Engineering as needed
- Take an active role in business reviews and revenue forecasting for your accounts
- Listen, educate, and provide value to partners, acting as their internal advocate – summarizing insights and sharing them internally to help inform the product roadmap
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other teams to best support partner needs
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing Account Management, Sales or Relationship Management role - bonus if in SaaS or FinTech spaces
- Proven ability to drive impact for customers while maintaining strong attention to process and detail
- A natural communicator who can engage effectively with all levels of stakeholders and decision-makers, translating complex ideas into clear, compelling messages
- A strong bias toward action
- Skilled at actively listening to customers’ goals and building high-impact engagement strategies to help them get the most out of the platform
- Excellent time management and confidence in prioritizing across multiple concurrent, time-sensitive projects
- Strong relationship builder with internal teams, focused on shared goals and pushing initiatives forward
- A desire to work in person in our New York City office; this is not a remote position
