We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our growing IT MSP. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with schools, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring school satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a strong understanding of the education sector, and excellent interpersonal skills.
You will act as the key point of contact for clients, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions that align with their academic and business goals.
This role requires a proactive self-starter who can work independently and cross-functionally with marketing, technical, edtech and technical solutions teams. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the education sector, a passion for learning technology, and a proven track record of exceeding sales and revenue targets in a competitive market.
