Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new high-net-worth clients.
- Develop and nurture strategic referral sources, including financial advisors, attorneys, and CPAs, in the Northeast Ohio region.
- Create and execute a targeted business development strategy to achieve strategic growth targets.
- Act as brand ambassador to expand our visibility and footprint.
Relationship Management:
- Deepen relationships with clients and professional partners.
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and serving as the primary point of contact.
- Proactively identify opportunities to introduce additional services to clients, aligning our offerings with their evolving needs.
The Right Candidate Will:
- Bring 10+ years of experience in wealth management and business development.
- Have a deep understanding of relationship management and client engagement.
- Possess a strong network within the Northeast Ohio business community.
- Have the drive and presence to grow client relationships and expand assets under management.
- Have an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Be excited about building something—not just filling a seat.
