Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end member onboarding and relationship development to ensure seamless integration and long-term engagement
- Manage and monitor member portfolios, tracking performance and identifying growth opportunities
- Deliver personalized financial advisory services to support members’ business objectives and financial health
- Coordinate the full loan application lifecycle, from submission to approval and disbursement
- Maintain consistent, proactive communication with members to build trust and address needs promptly
- Promote and support savings mobilization and investment product uptake across the member base
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation, data entry, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards
- Resolve member inquiries and issues with efficiency and empathy to enhance satisfaction and retention
- Contribute to the design and delivery of member education and financial literacy programs
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with local businesses, community organizations, and Agrico Hub initiatives
- Prepare and submit regular reports on member engagement, portfolio performance, and growth trends
Skills Required
- Member onboarding and relationship management experience
- Portfolio monitoring and performance tracking skills
- Knowledge of loan application lifecycle and loan coordination
- Ability to deliver personalized financial advisory to MSMEs
- Strong communication, documentation, and data entry skills
