Job Title: Relationship Manager

Job Summary: A Relationship Manager supports the company’s clients:  quilt shops, sewing stores, and other crafting businesses. You would engage in personalized interactions, understanding their needs, providing support, and ensuring satisfaction with Kimberbell's products and services. This involves facilitating communication, offering product knowledge, resolving issues promptly, and identifying opportunities for collaboration or expansion within their businesses. By building trust and rapport, you will aim to cultivate long-term partnerships that are mutually beneficial and contribute to Kimberbell's growth and success in the crafting industry.

 

Position Type: 

  • ¾-time (30-39 hours per week)
  • Full-time (40 hours per week)

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Builds effective relationships and trust with channel shops and potential new accounts..
  • Interacts with customers via telephone, email, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.
  • Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services.
  • Ability to perform light clerical functions and basic accounting procedures.
  • Work with different departments to ensure proper delivery of products.
  • Maintain and keep organized customer orders and company records.
  • Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representatives knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
  • Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems and concerns.
  • Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Afterward, you might have scheduled phone calls or virtual meetings with clients to provide personalized support, discuss upcoming products or promotions, and gather feedback on their experiences with Kimberbell. Throughout the day, you would also work on cultivating new leads, reaching out to potential clients, and following up on previous discussions. Additionally, you might collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to ensure alignment on client needs and company objectives. As the day winds down, you would wrap up any outstanding tasks, update client records, and plan for the next day's activities, always striving to strengthen relationships and drive business growth for Kimberbell.

Qualifications

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • High school Diploma required, College education a plus.
  • Proficient with Google products and Hubspot preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service.
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
