Manages and grows corporate banking relationships by identifying cross-sell and cross-border opportunities, acquiring new customers, conducting credit analysis, structuring loans, and preparing credit memos. Coordinates annual reviews, loan documentation, customer due diligence, and loan implementation with internal teams. Ensures compliance with bank policies and central bank regulations while leveraging strong business networks, credit writing, communication, and trade finance expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Independently identify and pursue cross-sell/cross-border opportunities with existing borrowing and non-borrowing customers for business growth.
- Independently generate new leads and expand borrowing and non-borrowing customer base through own external contacts and internal cross-border referrals.
- Independently conduct thorough loan evaluations and credit analysis on potential new borrowing customers to determine their creditworthiness, business opportunity and structure appropriate loan packages, including the credit memo write-up.
- Work closely with Credit Analyst team to ensure timely completion of annual credit review for existing borrowing customers.
- Work closely with Credit Admin Department to process letters of offer and security documents to ensure smooth loan implementation for new customers.
- Work closely with Assistant Relationship Manager, Customer Analytics and Due Diligence Team to ensure timely completion of CDD review for high CDD risk customers.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and guidelines, Central Bank rules and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/ University degree
- A minimum of 5-10 years' corporate/commercial banking experience in large local corporate organizations, along with a strong business network and a successful history of acquiring new business accounts, is preferred.
- Loan structuring and Trade Finance knowledge is a must, and candidates with investment banking knowledge is an added advantage
- Applicants must demonstrate strong credit writing skills, excellent verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
