Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring profitable sales margins.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the assigned territory to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Identify and prioritize key accounts and potential customers within the territory.
- Explore the new territory and application for the business growth.
Technical Support:
- Provide technical assistance and consultations to clients regarding machine specifications, applications, and capabilities.
- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure the machine specifications meet customer requirements.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals and quotations, including pricing, lead times, and service agreements.
- BE / B.Tech with 5 years to 10 years' experience in similar Industry / capital machinery Industry
Project Management and Coordination:
- Coordinate with the project management and technical teams to ensure smooth order execution, delivery, and installation.
- Manage the order process from inquiry to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- Oversee post-sales support, troubleshooting, and ensuring customer satisfaction with the machinery.
Reporting and Administration:
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
- Share insights and feedback from the field to help improve products and services.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
