Do work that matters
As a Relationship Executive, you'll manage a flagship portfolio of diversified business clients with complex banking needs.
You'll use your insights, experience and CommBank's innovative product suite to help clients unlock new opportunities and move their businesses forward.
You'll inherit an established book of clients with the expectation that alongside delivering exceptional service, you'll actively grow the portfolio through new client acquisition and identifying further opportunities for existing clients.

We work flexibly across the office, client sites and remotely, balancing the needs of our clients, team and home life.
More specifically, you will:
Build strong client relationships and gain an in-depth understanding of their individual needs, retaining existing business while unlocking new opportunities
Collaborate with product specialists to deliver a broad range of tailored financial solutions
Drive strategy, deal execution, structuring and negotiation — while owning proactive risk management

Skills Required
- Proven ability to build and retain strong client relationships and drive new business
- Experience in end-to-end deal execution including origination, structuring and negotiation of complex solutions
- Confident in financial analysis and credit decisioning
- Understanding of cash flow drivers for business clients
- Experience managing a diversified Business & Commercial Banking portfolio
- Ability to collaborate with product specialists to deliver tailored financial solutions
- Proactive risk management skills
