We are enjoying ongoing growth in the region, as such you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of commercial clients with credit facilities of $1M-$50M with solid potential for growth.
Ideally, you will be based in Lismore; however, we strongly encourage experienced and motivated business bankers within the Northern Rivers region to apply. If you have ever considered a sea or tree change, the Norther Rivers is an amazing option. Some days you may work from our offices, a client site or remotely. We encourage flexibility to meet client needs and your goals inside and outside of work.
The successful applicant will be supported by a highly capable and experienced team of Analysts, Account Managers, fellow Relationship Executives and a Transactional Banking specialist. In addition, you will benefit from our fully integrated market-leading systems, giving you more time with your customers.
More specifically, you will
- Work closely with clients, build strong relationships and gain an in-depth understanding of their needs, retaining their current business while identifying new opportunities.
- Collaborate with product specialists to deliver a broad range of financial solutions.
- Drive strategy and deal execution, structuring and negotiation of financial solutions while owning proactive risk management responsibilities
