This role oversees the full project lifecycle, including planning, governance, execution, risk management, stakeholder engagement, budget control, and delivery management.

The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise with deep knowledge of reinsurance operations and implementation methodologies. This individual serves as the primary liaison between clients, business stakeholders, technical teams, and executive leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while achieving expected business outcomes.

Experience implementing DXC SICS or comparable reinsurance administration platforms is highly desirable.

• Manage and lead one or more complex implementation projects, ensuring adherence to agreed scope, schedule, budget, contractual commitments, delivery methodology, and quality standards.

• Act as the primary day-to-day delivery contact for the customer, coordinating closely with customer project managers, business sponsors, IT sponsors, subject matter experts, DXC delivery leadership, product teams, technical architects, business analysts, data migration teams, reporting specialists, hosting/cloud teams, and account leadership.

• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans, milestone schedules, resource plans, financial forecasts, RAID logs, communication plans, governance calendars, and project status reporting materials.

• Drive project governance through regular project meetings, steering committee preparation, executive-level status reporting, escalation management, and clear decision tracking.

• Monitor project progress against plan, proactively identify risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and constraints, and drive timely mitigation, resolution, and escalation where required.

• Manage scope and change control, ensuring that new requirements, revised assumptions, delivery impacts, schedule changes, or budget variances are documented, assessed, approved, and communicated in accordance with DXC and customer governance processes.

• Coordinate the delivery of key implementation workstreams, including discovery workshops, project definition documentation, solution configuration, reference data setup, security setup, data migration, interface support, business intelligence/reporting, functional acceptance testing, user acceptance testing, production cutover, and transition to support.

• Partner with reinsurance business analysts and solution leads to ensure that customer requirements are aligned to standard DXC Assure Reinsurance capabilities, with appropriate focus on minimizing customization and promoting best-practice adoption.

• Coordinate with technical architects and hosting/cloud teams to ensure environments are provisioned, connectivity is established, single sign-on and access requirements are managed, and technical dependencies are addressed in support of the project schedule.

• Oversee project financial management, including budget tracking, estimate validation, earned value or forecast updates where applicable, revenue recognition inputs, resource utilization, billing support, and early warning of potential cost or margin variances.

• Manage project resources across geographically distributed teams, including onshore, nearshore, offshore, product, technical, and customer-facing resources, ensuring assignments, availability, priorities, and dependencies are actively controlled.

• Ensure project deliverables are produced, reviewed, approved, and stored in accordance with agreed standards, including project plans, status reports, decision logs, acceptance documents, cutover plans, test progress reporting, and implementation governance materials.

• Support customer readiness activities, including training planning, business process alignment, operational readiness, user acceptance testing coordination, cutover preparation, go/no-go planning, and early-life support transition.

• Promote a collaborative “one team” delivery culture between DXC and customer teams while maintaining appropriate delivery discipline, accountability, and commercial control.

• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, presenting project status, key risks, decisions required, financial impacts, and delivery options in a clear, concise, and executive-ready manner.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of DXC Reinsurance delivery practices, including standardized project templates, estimation approaches, delivery playbooks, lessons learned, and project management best practices.

• Stay current on DXC Assure Reinsurance implementation approaches, product roadmap considerations, reinsurance market practices, and delivery methods applicable to complex insurance technology transformation programs.

Basic Qualifications:

• Typically 7+ years of relevant project or program management experience, including at least 3 years managing complex software implementation, systems integration, insurance technology, or enterprise application delivery projects.

• Demonstrated experience managing projects with multiple delivery workstreams, including business analysis, configuration, data migration, interfaces, reporting, testing, training, deployment, and production cutover.

• Proven ability to manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, change control, financial tracking, and executive-level reporting.

• Strong experience working with external customers, senior business stakeholders, IT sponsors, vendors, and cross-functional delivery teams in a structured project governance environment.

• Fluent with current AI capabilities and understanding of how these can be employed to enable project activities, including the planning and monitoring of those activities.

• Experience delivering packaged, configurable, or commercial off-the-shelf enterprise applications, with an understanding of fit-gap management, configuration-led delivery, and minimizing unnecessary customization. • Proficiency with project management tools and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear project documentation, status reports, executive summaries, meeting materials, and decision records.

• Strong analytical, organizational, facilitation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity, drive decisions, and maintain forward momentum in complex delivery environments.

• Ability to work effectively with geographically distributed teams and stakeholders across multiple time zones.

• A continuous learner who stays current with project delivery practices, insurance technology trends, and relevant product or market developments.
