Job Description

As Regulatory & Internal Reporting Manager – Fund Services, you’ll lead the timely, accurate delivery of regulatory and internal reporting for IQ‑EQ’s fund clients. Working across global teams and external stakeholders, you’ll ensure compliance, drive efficiency, and deliver client-focused solutions.

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee end-to-end regulatory and internal reporting (e.g. audits, Annex IV, MESRAP, MER, FJOs, quarterly reports), ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery
  • Partner with Tax and Operations teams to meet client and regulatory reporting obligations
  • Act as a key contact for ISAE engagements, coordinating audit readiness and documentation
  • Collaborate with fund managers, auditors, regulators, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflows and resolve queries
  • Drive process improvements and automation, optimising systems such as Navigator and Qics
  • Maintain high-quality standards, robust documentation, and full compliance with evolving regulations
  • Produce internal reports and insights to support decision-making and risk reduction

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in regulatory reporting within fund administration or financial services for both alternative and retail funds. 
  • Strong understanding of EU and local fund regulations and accounting standards. 
  • Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills including the ability to identify and act on opportunities for process improvements 
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders and adapt quickly to challenging and changing priorities. 

Skills 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to develop working relationships with colleagues at various levels and locations, clients, and other stakeholders.  
  • Display high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.  
  • Ability to take and give constructive feedback.  
  • High proficiency in Microsoft applications and fund specific software is considered an asset.  
  • Masters Degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance (ACCA is an asset).  
  • Knowledge of Dutch GAAP; IFRS and other standards is a great asset.  
  • Languages: English; Dutch is an advantage.
