THE ROLE

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented healthcare professional to join our client's team as a Registry Program Manager. In this role you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of our client's registry programs, working directly with customers and cross-functional teams in your everyday work.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Manage and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for registry customers and conducting regular check-ins to ensure satisfaction.
  • Oversee and manage registry programs, ensuring they align with customer goals and objectives.
  • Work with customers and internal teams to develop new registry programs, including defining program objectives, designing data collection workflows, and establishing data governance policies.
  • Perform data analysis and deliver comprehensive reports to customers.
  • Impact business development by working closely with the sales team to identify new areas of expansion.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Bachelor's in relevant field ( public health, health informatics, epidemiology), advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in program management, particularly in the development and management of registry programs.
  • Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices, including data governance, security, and privacy.
  • Experience with database management systems and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently on complex projects
  • Clinical research or non-profit background a plus
