Job Description

The Registration Desk Staff will be responsible for managing guest and visitor registration processes, providing administrative support, and maintaining an organized reception area. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver excellent service in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors and provide a positive first impression of the company.
  • Manage registration and check-in procedures accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating visitor information.
  • Answer inquiries and direct guests to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and registration logs.
  • Prepare and organize documents, forms, and administrative materials.
  • Monitor front desk activities and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Support internal teams with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive information.
