Job Description

The Registration Desk Staff serves as the first point of contact for guests and visitors, ensuring a smooth and professional registration process. This role involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining accurate records, coordinating visitor information, and supporting daily front-desk operations.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering a positive experience in a fast-paced professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors and provide a friendly, professional first impression.
  • Manage registration and check-in procedures accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain visitor logs and update records as needed.
