About Us

Super Star Car Wash is a leading provider of car wash, detail, and lubrication services across Arizona, California, Texas, and Colorado. Our mission is simple: fast, high-quality, professional service in a friendly atmosphere -- while creating a rewarding environment for our Team Members. We believe unforgettable experiences are created one interaction at a time. That's what being SUPER is all about.

Our Five Operating Values

* Lead with Heart -- Treat every guest and Team Member with kindness, respect, and genuine care. Build trust, stay visible in the field, and bring both candor and care to every performance conversation.
* Be a Risk Taker -- Challenge the status quo. Test new ideas, evaluate new technology and operating models, and lead change that sticks at the store level.
* Inspire Others -- Lead by example, communicate a compelling vision, and coach leaders into stronger decision-makers and people developers.
* Grow Together -- Invest in people, build succession pipelines, and promote from within. Today's Team Members are tomorrow's leaders: 65% of our Shift Managers and 70% of our General Managers were promoted from within.
* Have Fun -- Bring energy, optimism, and authenticity. Celebrate wins and hold the bar high while making this a place people enjoy coming to work.

The Role

The Regional Vice President owns the performance, growth, and culture of an entire region in Arizona -- revenue, profitability, operational excellence, guest experience, talent development, and new store growth.  This is a player/coach role: you will set direction for District Managers and General Managers, partner with the CEO, COO, and executive team to turn enterprise strategy into store-level execution, and demonstrate that how we achieve results matters as much as the results themselves.

What You'll Own

* Operations -- Regional performance against revenue, same-store sales, profitability, labor, productivity, and guest experience; consistent execution of standards at every location; regular store visits to coach leaders, recognize great work, and close performance gaps.
* Growth -- Regional growth strategy, new store openings, acquisitions and market expansion, plus Fast Pass membership, fleet sales, and strategic partnerships.
* Financial leadership -- Budgets, forecasts, P&L review, capital expenditure ROI, and disciplined expense control.
* Talent -- Leadership pipeline, succession plans, career pathways, and a labor strategy that strengthens recruiting, onboarding, and retention.
* Strategy & insight -- Long-range regional plans, dashboards and reporting, competitive and market analysis, and technology adoption that improves visibility and efficiency.
* Partnership -- Trusted operational advisor to executive leadership, with cross-functional work alongside Finance, HR, Marketing, Technology, Sales, and Development.

What Success Looks Like

A region that is growing, profitable, operationally excellent, guest obsessed, people powered, innovative, aligned with corporate strategy -- and fun to work in.

What You'll Bring

* 10--15 years of progressive senior operations leadership, including 5+ years leading multiple production or service locations
* Proven multi-unit results: revenue growth, profitability, operational improvement, and service excellence
* Financial fluency across P&L statements, balance sheets, budgeting, forecasting, and operating metrics
* Track record of developing leaders and building high-performing, geographically dispersed teams
* Experience leading organizational change and executing regional growth strategy
* Strong analytical judgment, communication, coaching, and influence in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
* High integrity and a genuine passion for developing people and creating exceptional guest experiences

Core skills: strategic thinking, operational leadership, financial management, talent development, coaching and mentoring, change management, complex problem solving, data analysis, planning and forecasting, and cross-functional leadership.

Frequent lifting and carrying of up to 25 pounds and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds is required, with or without reasonable accommodation. This description is not an all-inclusive list of responsibilities, skills, qualifications, or working conditions; management reserves the right to modify duties as necessary.
