Partner with the best
The Total Rewards Specialist will lead regional compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance, competitiveness, and alignment with global total rewards strategies.
As a Regional Total Rewards Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as the main point of contact for Total Rewards for Italy-based operations.
- Supporting development and implementation of regional compensation and benefits strategies aligned with global frameworks.
- Conducting benchmarking and market analysis to ensure economical and compliant practices.
- Administering annual compensation processes, including merit reviews and bonus cycles.
- Collaborating with HR and managers on jo evaluations, salary offers, and compensation structures.
- Managing regional benefits programs and partnering with vendors for renewals, compliance, and communications.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Hold a bachelor's in HR, Business, Finance, or related field with solid experience in compensation, benefits, or general HR.
- Demonstrate exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and HR systems like Workday or SAP.
- Show knowledge of regional labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Possess excellent communication skills, fluency in Italian, and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Bring experience in union negotiations and hold relevant certifications (CCP, GRP, SHRM) as a plus.
