Job Duties:
- Ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support.
- Provide support to Station Managers and technicians regarding employee timekeeping verifications and station customer billing.
- Perform daily timekeeping reconciliation to ensure that billing documents match employee timesheets.
- Submit weekly billing package to the Accounting department.
- Work closely with the Human Resources team regarding onboarding of employees for the Northwest/Central stations in regard to airport badging needs.
- Serve as the signatory for the airport badging process, handle all new hire applications, renewals and compliance.
- Answer and assist with employee questions related to schedules, airport badging, customs badging and related paperwork and compliance.
- Generate billing, invoicing, memos, emails and reports when appropriate.
- Respond to questions and requests for information, answer incoming calls, and assume other duties when needed.
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be fluent and proficient in English. Proficiency in Spanish
- Associate's degree preferred.
- Ability to work independently and achieve goals with little direct supervision.
- Proficient in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Takes direction in a positive manner.
- Team-player with exceptional verbal/written communication skills. Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner, manage workflow, ensuring that deadlines are met, and work is completed correctly.
