Job Duties: 

  • Ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support.
  • Provide support to Station Managers and technicians regarding employee timekeeping verifications and station customer billing.
  • Perform daily timekeeping reconciliation to ensure that billing documents match employee timesheets.
  • Submit weekly billing package to the Accounting department.
  • Work closely with the Human Resources team regarding onboarding of employees for the Northwest/Central stations in regard to airport badging needs.
  • Serve as the signatory for the airport badging process, handle all new hire applications, renewals and compliance.
  • Answer and assist with employee questions related to schedules, airport badging, customs badging and related paperwork and compliance.
  • Generate billing, invoicing, memos, emails and reports when appropriate.
  • Respond to questions and requests for information, answer incoming calls, and assume other duties when needed.

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Must be fluent and proficient in English.  Proficiency in Spanish
  • Associate's degree preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve goals with little direct supervision. 
  • Proficient in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. 
  • Takes direction in a positive manner. 
  • Team-player with exceptional verbal/written communication skills. Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner, manage workflow, ensuring that deadlines are met, and work is completed correctly.
