About the Role
Interim HealthCare is looking for a Regional Staffing Manager who knows that great staffing starts with great customer service.
This role is the connection point between our healthcare facility partners, our field staff, and our internal team. You will help make sure staffing needs are handled quickly, communication is clear, and both clients and employees feel supported.
This is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, building relationships, and keeping a busy operation organized. Staffing can move fast, and schedules can change quickly, so we need someone who can stay calm, communicate well, and follow through.

What You’ll Do
As a Regional Staffing Manager, you will:
Serve as a main point of contact for facility partners and staffing employees
Provide excellent customer service through timely, professional, and helpful communication
Respond to staffing requests, schedule changes, call-offs, and urgent coverage needs
Build strong relationships with facility contacts by being responsive, reliable, and easy to work with
Communicate with field staff regarding schedules, expectations, availability, and shift commitments
Match qualified healthcare professionals to open shifts based on client needs and employee availability
Support employee engagement, retention, and accountability through consistent follow-up
Assist with recruiting, onboarding, credentialing, and employee file compliance
Partner with internal leaders to improve staffing processes, client satisfaction, and service delivery
Participate in a weekly on-call rotation to support after-hours staffing needs

Compensation & Work Structure
Salary range: $55,000 to $65,000 annually, based on experience
Candidates within a reasonable commuting distance of a branch location may be expected to work in-office
Remote work may be considered for candidates who live more than 100 miles from a branch location
Weekly on-call rotation required
On-call pay is provided as a daily rate
Estimated additional on-call compensation is approximately $225 per week
Requirements
At least one year of experience in customer service, staffing, scheduling, healthcare operations, leadership, recruiting, or a related role
Current driver’s license
Current CPR certification, or ability to obtain
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
Healthcare, staffing, home care, long-term care, call center, recruiting, or scheduling experience is a plus

Qualifications
Skills Required
- At least one year of experience in customer service, staffing, scheduling, healthcare operations, leadership, recruiting, or a related role
