We are seeking a Regional Sales Representative to join the team in Connecticut. This leadership role is responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, overseeing key customer accounts, and partnering with ownership to drive sales growth throughout New England. What You'll Do:

  • Manage strategic customer relationships and oversee key accounts across Massachusetts and Connecticut, also some of Rhode Island, Maine and Vermont
  • Work with ownership to establish sales goals, monitor performance, and execute growth strategies
  • Oversee the sales process from opportunity through project completion, ensuring exceptional customer service and project execution
  • Provide leadership through transparency, communication, and hands-on support for the sales team
  • Collaborate with operations and leadership to ensure customer expectations are met and business objectives are achieved
  • Travel approximately 50% throughout the assigned territory to support customers and sales staff
