What You’ll Do

As the Regional Sales Manager, you will lead and grow a high-performing sales team, develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners, and drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding current accounts. You will collaborate with the sales team to support business development efforts and manage the region’s budget and sales performance to ensure financial goals are met. Additionally, you’ll provide coaching and mentorship to your team, helping them reach their full potential, while regularly reporting on sales performance and forecasting future growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth by supporting a sustainable distribution network.

  • Lead a team to build relationships with clients and key influencers.

  • Generate new business and develop opportunities to meet sales targets.

  • Work closely with leadership to set strategic goals for the region.

  • Manage CRM usage and ensure the sales team is monitoring important performance indicators.

  • Develop and implement training plans for your team to improve skills and performance.

  • Forecast sales and prepare regular performance reports.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.

  • 5–7 years of sales management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing sales teams.

  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, forecasting, and P&L management.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to coach and mentor a team to achieve targets.
