rhode is a high-growth beauty brand entering an exciting new chapter with our retail debut at Sephora. We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead our field team and drive retail performance across a defined territory. This role is key in bringing our brand to life in-store and delivering on our ambitious growth goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and coach a team of Field Account Executives to exceed sales goals across your region
  • Drive localized sales strategy, translating national plans into high-impact regional execution
  • Build strong relationships with Sephora store and regional leaders to amplify rhode’s presence
  • Visit stores regularly to mentor, assess performance, and ensure consistency across doors
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support launches, education, and field initiatives
  • Analyze performance and KPIs to inform strategy, manage budgets, and optimize staffing
  • Support training programs and ensure store teams are equipped to deliver best-in-class experiences

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree required 
  • 5+ years of experience in beauty, skincare, or retail sales, with 2+ years managing field teams
  • Deep knowledge of Sephora and the prestige retail landscape
  • Proven ability to lead teams, drive results, and manage a regional business
  • Strong communication, planning, and analytical skills
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, solving problems, and adapting quickly
  • Willingness to travel 50–70% of the time

  • Salary range budgeted for position: $100-120K
