Job DescriptionWhat you’ll be doing
- Drive business development and revenue growth by identifying and converting sales opportunities across industries such as BFSI and Telecom.
- Manage and strengthen client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and account retention.
- Leverage product and solution expertise to deliver customized proposals and commercial solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to enhance product positioning and market penetration.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
- Lead teams through coaching, performance management, and timely project execution to achieve business objectives
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- You have about 10-15 years or more years of experience in the solution sales / consulting environment or a financial services environment
- You have exposure to BFSI domain and have solid B2B experience
- Ability to understand the functionality of the product from technology perspective
- Exceptionally good leadership skills having ability to influence cross-functional teams towards a unified direction along with the business’s senior leadership and relevant stakeholders.
- Excellent sales skills.
- Exceptionally good - clear communication of instructions and information down the line.
