Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for sales performance in the assigned region/area. Ensuring area’s sales are achieving the assigned target.
- Responsible for product penetration performance in the assigned region/area. Ensuring KPIs for product penetration are achieved.
- Distributor management in the assigned region/area. Ensure all KPI’s parameters are met.
- Manpower management in the assigned region/area.
- Area Coverage: East Java + Outer Islands (Bali, Sulawesi, & Kalimantan)
- Extensive working experience in Consumer Goods sector
- Experienced in managing distributions to Consumer Retail Market (both Modern & Traditional channel)
- Good proficiency in English is a plus
