Job Description:

Role Summary

The Regional Sales Manager drives revenue growth and strategic account development across Israel by translating complex FPGA technologies into tangible customer value. This role requires deep ownership, sound commercial acumen, and the ability to build scalable sales processes in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

The successful candidate will independently represent the Lattice Semiconductor roadmap and value proposition to customers and partners, supported by Lattice FAEs and dedicated FAE resources within our channel partners. This position reports directly to the Sales Director, Israel.

Key Accountabilities

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Create and develop business opportunities for the Lattice Semiconductor FPGA and solutions portfolio across new and existing customers and market segments.
  • Drive business growth across the region, with a focus on industrial, defense and communications segments, meeting or exceeding sales and design-win targets.
  • Pursue emerging application opportunities, including drones, humanoid robotics, and AI at the edge, in alignment with the company's strategic growth priorities.
  • Conduct market analysis and define account and go-to-market strategies that strengthen customer relationships and enable sustainable growth.
  • Identify customer needs and pain points, and translate them into actionable product, solution, and account strategies; lead complex technical and commercial discussions, building long-term, trusted relationships.
  • Represent the company at a senior level and manage escalations independently when required.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Applications teams to align execution with market needs and product strategy.
  • Anticipate business and delivery risks and proactively drive mitigation from issue identification through to resolution.
Cross-Functional & Cross-Cultural Effectiveness
  • Drive alignment across internal teams to capture market opportunities effectively.
  • Collaborate with international customers, partners, and global internal stakeholders across EMEA, APAC, and North America, including regular cross-time-zone communication and occasional international travel.
  • Demonstrate cultural awareness and adaptability in all business interactions.
Required Skills & Experience
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in industrial sales, marketing, or business development within the semiconductor or a related technology industry.
  • Proven track record of managing complex customer relationships and driving product and solution adoption.
  • A solid technical understanding of the FPGA value proposition vs ASSPs (Application-Specific Standard Products) and microcontrollers (uC), including familiarity with key trends such as embedded security, is essential.
  • Solid understanding of commercial concepts and the strategic importance of supply chain resilience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and execute growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills; comfortable presenting to senior executives and large technical audiences.
  • Fluency in English and Hebrew; strong multicultural awareness is required.
  • Valid driver's license. The role requires regular travel within Israel and occasional international travel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior leadership experience within a semiconductor or technology-driven organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of FPGA technology and target application segments.
  • Educational background in Electrical and Computer Engineering or Telecommunications is preferred; master’s degree or higher is an advantage.
