POSITION SUMMARY: 

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving growth and providing account customer service throughout their territory by achieving key sales metrics prescribed by the Market President. 

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Guide growth opportunities throughout territory for both in-person and telehealth services. (minimum 10 qualified centers quarterly)
  • Drive revenue growth, both short & long-term, through sales and operational efforts.
  • Makes phone calls or conducts in person/virtual meetings with customers.
  • Maintains existing caseload saturation above 30% throughout assigned territory.
  • Account and relationship management of key partners.
  • Develop sales and marketing initiatives with positive impact on growth.
  • Work with company to better organize data and details used in CRM tool and marketing databases.
  • Prospect, market and conduct sales calls to prospective SNFs, ALFs and chain headquarters
  • Prepare marketing materials and sales presentations based on company guidelines to be used in sales efforts
  • Conduct meetings/calls/Demo’s via Televideo, direct sales, and customer engagement webinars for existing and new SNF clients as may be needed
  • Conduct meetings and calls to market and sell existing SNF customers on MediTelcareGo! platform.
  • Customer Retention and Service:
    • Calls and customer engagement, recording into and using Company CRM tools
    • Attend SNF meetings as an agent of the company to troubleshoot and participate on behalf of MediTelecare.
  • Travel up to 70% of the time will be required to conduct customer engagement, sales presentations and close deals.
  • This role is required to meet performance metrics relevant to this assigned position as prescribed by the CEO.


EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND LICENSING:

  • Minimum College Degree or relevant experience required
  • Minimum 3-5 years in a healthcare setting required, skilled nursing experience preferred
  • 3-5+ years in a multi-state sales role with proven success securing large contracts


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Basic working knowledge of medical terminology
  • Experience in the use of online healthcare tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Ability to maintain full confidentiality and compliance with sensitive medical information, including but not limited to HIPAA protected information and PHI.
  • Commitment to providing platinum-level customer service and communication
  • Ability to embrace a company culture of caring and kindness


PHYSICAL AND ENVIONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • A dedicated home office space with a closing door that is free from distractions and meets HIPAA and PHI standards
  • A reliable home internet connection
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable mode of transportation
  • The ability to travel up to 70% of the time across multiple states, sometimes for days at a time
  • Ability to stand, walk, see, speak, hear – both in person and remotely; use hands, fingers to type or use manual equipment, reach with hands and arms. Regularly required to stoop, bend, crouch. Specific vision requirements include close-up corrected vision
  • Ability to remain sedentary for long periods of time while traveling and working on administrative tasks
  • May be exposed to bodily fluids, viruses or other infectious diseases within a healthcare facility
  • Potential exposure to cleaning chemicals used within a healthcare facility
