FieldBee by eFarmer is an agricultural machine automation company that designs, manufactures, and markets tractor guidance and steering systems, field operations software, and data-driven solutions for farmers, agricultural OEMs, and distributors. Committed to supporting the transition toward more efficient farming, FieldBee provides solutions that improve productivity and support long-term sustainability in agriculture.

Our products are developed with modern technologies and designed to remain accessible to small and mid-sized farmers, while ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability. FieldBee is steadily expanding its portfolio, including ISOBUS solutions for seamless implement integration.

Our products are trusted by farmers in more than 60 countries worldwide.

Now we’re looking to expand locally and strengthen our presence in France, and we are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead B2C sales development, build strong relationships with customers, and help bring our precision farming solutions to more farmers across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive the commercial success of FieldBee products in France.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Provide technical advice and product demonstrations to customers, highlighting the advantages of our solutions versus the competition.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, product development, etc.) and with our local distributor to align strategies and deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to management.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Deep understanding of agricultural clients, with sensitivity to farmers’ needs, priorities, and concerns
  • Ability to connect authentically with farmers and “speak their language”
  • French language (native or proficient) and comfortable communicating in English in a work context
  • Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience, ideally in international B2C direct sales
  • Excellent listening and analytical skills — able to ask insightful questions and adapt based on what you learn
  • Ambitious and outgoing, with confidence in achieving challenging sales goals
  • Based in France

    Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the agriculture sector — experience in precision agriculture is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in agriculture, agronomy, or a related technical field
  • At least 5 years of experience in agricultural machinery and/or precision agriculture technologies
  • Familiarity with GPS, telematics, and other precision and digital farming tools

What we offer

  • The opportunity to work in a fast-growing and dynamic technology company
  • A strong social and ecological mission: supporting farmers while helping the environment
  • Competitive salary with a performance-based bonus system
  • Flexible working hours
  • Remote work opportunities
