Job Description: Regional Sales Manager FMCG
Duties
and Responsibilities;
· Acquire
and develop new customers throughout the MEA region.
· Systematic
analysis of trends, market developments as well as customer requirements.
· Drive
effective channel strategies with retailers and distributors.
· Create
sales action plans to deliver targets.
· Responsibility
for offers concluding contracts.
· Ensure
contract implementation is adhered to and terms are observed.
· Define
and implement the sales strategy.
· Ensure
high-end quality customer service.
· Development
and implementation of sales strategies.
· Monitor
and report on competitor activities and develop countermeasures.
Candidate profile;
· Graduation
in Sales Management or Business Administration.
· At
least 5 years of relevant working experience in the FMCG industry.
· Work
experience in the GCC region is a must.
· Excellent
English language skills (written and spoken).
· Good
knowledge of MS office.
· Sales
attitude with an open-minded and communicative character.
· Ability
to work in an independent, goal-oriented and efficient manner.
· Committed
to a long-term relationship.
· Team
player attitude with intercultural skills.

Skills Required
