The Role
About Massive Bio
Every cancer patient deserves access to treatment options. Massive Bio is an AI-powered precision medicine platform transforming how cancer patients discover and access clinical trials by eliminating the barriers of geography, financial constraints, and information asymmetry that have historically limited enrollment.
Founded in 2015 and headquartered in US, Massive Bio is scaling its impact globally by powering operations across multiple countries and bringing innovative cancer treatment options to a rapidly growing and diverse population of patients. Through our proprietary AI platform, we connect individuals to clinical trials worldwide and partner with leading pharmaceutical companies, contract research organizations (CROs), and healthcare systems to accelerate drug development and expand equitable access to cutting-edge therapies.
About the Role
As the Provider Engagement Manager, you will own the planning and execution of physician-focused physical and/or virtual roundtables across Europe. These roundtables enable physicians to collectively pre-screen patients for clinical trials using Massive Bio’s AI-driven physician pre-screening tool (Clinical Network).
This role is accountable for end-to-end delivery of each event—pre-event preparation, logistics, physician outreach and invitations, facilitation support, and post-event insights—while also building and maintaining strategic relationships with providers and institutions.
You will partner closely with Key Account Managers, Clinical Operations, Marketing, and Product to ensure a consistent, high-quality provider experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute in-person and virtual physician roundtables across Europe to support clinical trial enrollment initiatives and strengthen provider engagement.
  • Own event delivery end-to-end: planning, timelines, budgets, logistics, invitations, vendor coordination, and ensuring a seamless attendee experience.
  • Leverage and expand a physician network to secure participation, and collaborate with KAMs to align roundtable topics and attendee mix with local market priorities.
  • Coordinate with speakers, VIP guests, external partners, and internal teams to deliver a cohesive and professional event experience.
  • Drive post-event follow-through, including feedback summaries, insights reporting, and follow-up communications that translate discussions into next steps.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with healthcare providers and institutions, identifying enrollment opportunities and supporting physician adoption within assigned territories.
  • Own the end-to-end engagement cycle for provider outreach: lead generation, physician contact strategy, relationship development, and post-enrollment support.
  • Track outcomes against enrollment and revenue KPIs, and share structured recommendations that improve quality and performance over time.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Marketing, and Product to tailor approaches for key accounts and ensure alignment with customer needs and local dynamics.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Physician Assistant, Business Administration, or a related field preferred).
  • 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, provider engagement, account-facing roles, or similar commercial responsibilities, ideally within healthcare, pharma, oncology, or clinical trials.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and leverage a physician network and drive measurable engagement (e.g., attendance, adoption, conversion).
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident engaging with physicians and senior stakeholders.
  • Advanced English required.
  • Willing and able to travel at least 1 week per month and work flexible hours (including evenings/weekends) based on event schedules.
