We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and driven Regional Sales Executive to generate leads and drive sales. The outside sales representative's responsibilities include submitting regular sales reports to management, sourcing potential new customers, and researching and developing new income streams such as new construction, GC partnerships, and solution design. To be successful as a Regional Sales Executive, the individual needs to be persuasive and have excellent negotiation skills. An exceptional candidate will demonstrate effective communication and customer service skills to continually meet or exceed sales targets.

WHAT HELIOS NEEDS FROM YOU:
- Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new customers based within an assigned sales territory.
- Traveling within an assigned sales territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers.
- Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by selling company products to new customers.
- Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive sales.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales.
- Collaborating with management and the marketing department to expand brand presence through the creation of suitable marketing materials.
- Researching competitors' products and pricing as well as market conditions.
- Keeping abreast of the latest industry developments by attending meetings, training workshops, and industry events.
- Strategically negotiating with potential customers to close sales.
WHAT SETS YOU APART:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven outside sales experience
- 3+ years’ experience in HVAC and Refrigeration
- Have a clean MVR
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Strong consultative sales skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented.
Helios' compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,000 to $55,000 annually. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Helios compensation may also include annual bonus, commissions, equity, sign-on payments, as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
