Operating as the connective leader across Sales, Field Marketing, Legal, Operations, and participating practices, the RSES designs and drives the execution model that enables sellers to spend more time building physician relationships. This role exercises sound judgment in prioritizing opportunities, identifying execution risks to the RSD and POD, improving processes, and determining the actions required to move prospects and deals forward.
The RSES owns regional pipeline execution, high-impact roadshow and event strategy, deal readiness, contracting coordination, post-event conversion, and the performance insights needed to continuously improve regional results. The role serves as the primary regional liaison to Field Marketing and activates relationships with new signers and physician advocates to expand local momentum.
Success is measured by business outcomes, including increased physician-facing capacity for sellers, improved pipeline progression, faster and more predictable contract cycles, stronger conversion from strategic events, and sustained improvement in regional execution. This is an autonomous, outcomes-oriented role that leads through influence, operating discipline, and cross-functional accountability rather than administrative task support.
Primary Duties:
- Translate regional growth priorities into an integrated weekly execution plan for sellers, including pipeline priorities, call preparation, follow-up strategy, and measurable execution goals. Independently identify gaps, make recommendations, and adjust priorities as market conditions and opportunity needs evolve.
- Own the regional operating rhythm and execution cadence, including advising on resource allocation and seller capacity, aligning team calendars to the highest-value activities, and using dashboards and performance indicators to drive accountability and informed decision-making.
- Design and lead the regional roadshow strategy, from prospect segmentation and meeting objectives through asset planning, field coordination, execution, and post-roadshow evaluation. Determine the level of preparation and cross-functional support required for high-impact opportunities.
- Own the strategy and execution of quarterly Centers of Excellence events. Build engagement plans with participating practices and physicians; lead the planning and delivery of open houses, individual prospect site visits, local panel events, and public-speaking opportunities; and evaluate results against regional growth objectives.
- Drive deal readiness and contracting across the region by determining next steps, anticipating barriers, preparing and quality-checking offer materials, coordinating required documentation such as W-9s and PECOS information, managing redline workflows, and facilitating timely handoffs to Legal and Operations.
- Serve as the regional Field Marketing liaison and execution partner. Align event strategy to growth priorities, shape pre-event prospecting and engagement plans, and lead post-event conversion activities to maximize pipeline progression and return on investment.
- Own the analysis and communication of regional execution performance. Produce and interpret POD execution dashboards, monitor leading and lagging indicators, surface risks and opportunities, and advise regional leadership on actions to improve performance through collaboration with the broader team.
- Define and lead the region’s AI strategy and execution, identifying practical opportunities to improve seller productivity, physician engagement, pipeline management, and operating visibility. Establish adoption priorities, guide implementation, and evaluate impact.
- Lead cross-functional handoffs and resolve execution issues by clarifying ownership, sequencing work, and maintaining momentum across teams. Partner effectively with Sales Operations while respecting its ownership of systems, reporting infrastructure, training, and data governance.
- Continuously improve the regional execution model by identifying patterns, testing improvements, documenting effective practices, and scaling approaches that strengthen seller effectiveness and regional growth.
