Who We’re Looking For:

As a key member of the US Sales team, the Regional Sales Director is responsible for generating new business, meeting/exceeding revenue targets and supporting Laborie’s customers through the activities of their sales representatives and clinical educators. A key activity in the role is motivating and advising sales representatives to improve their performance by effective planning, setting sales goals, effective coaching of team members, and working cross functionally with other departments.

 

About the Role:

  • Lead and develop the regional sales organization by recruiting, training, coaching, and inspiring representatives; create challenging roles, conduct regular field visits, and build sustainable sales capabilities.
  • Drive revenue performance by developing and executing regional sales strategies, managing resources, building a strong pipeline, and consistently meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Build deep customer and territory expertise, developing trusted relationships, delivering valueadded solutions, influencing key stakeholders, and anticipating emerging customer needs and market challenges.
  • Collaborate and influence across the organization to align priorities, promote winwin outcomes, share best practices, and leverage diverse perspectives to achieve sales and financial objectives.
  • Serve as a senior commercial representative of the company, demonstrating product and portfolio expertise, representing the organization at trade shows and meetings, and participating in required regional and corporate initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred
  • At least two years of sales management of direct or independent sales representative experience required, 5+ years preferred.
  • 5 years of demonstrated successful sales experience required, healthcare or business to business sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel 75% of time (based on location).
  • Excellent planning, forecasting, negotiation and presentation skills
