About the Role

We are looking for a driven, commercially sharp sales professional ready to step into a growth-focused Business Development role.

This is a standout opportunity for someone who is commercially sharp, technically confident, and excited by the chance to make a real impact. If you are motivated by growth, enjoy building strong customer relationships, and want to develop a long-term career in industrial sales and market development, this role offers the platform to do it.

You may a be in sales or account management, or a service or technical support aspiring to make a difference, but you understand customers, know how to identify opportunities, and can build strong commercial relationships.

This role will focus on growing sales across the food, beverage, confectionery, pharmaceutical, and packaging sectors through direct customer engagement, channel development, and reseller/distributor growth.

You will:

  • Develop new business opportunities across food, beverage, pharma, and packaging industries
  • Build and grow and manage reseller and distributor sales channels
  • Identify market opportunities, build a pipeline of strong opportunities and convert them into long-term revenue
  • Manage and grow key customer accounts while developing new business
  • Work closely with end users across industrial processing and packaging environments
  • Develop regional sales opportunities and expand the SEA market coverage
  • Appoint and manage reseller and distribution partners
  • Use your technical understanding to support customer solutions and sales growth

This is a strategic sales role focused on market expansion, distribution depth, and commercial execution.


Requirements

About You

You are not a product specialist. You are a market builder. You likely have:

  • Proven success in Australian industrial, packaging, or equipment sales environments
  • Exposure to food and beverage, confectionery, or pharmaceutical industries
  • Ability to bring industry contacts, networks, and end-user relationships
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability to identify opportunities and develop business
  • Experience developing new sales lines from the ground up
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to understand equipment and applications
  • Experience building and scaling channel partners, reseller or distributor networks
