The Role

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and deliver accurate, timely, and detailed regional market and performance reports;

- Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and areas of opportunity or concern;

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, and operations, to gather necessary data and ensure alignment with business goals;

- Develop and maintain dashboards and other reporting tools to facilitate business intelligence and decision-making;

- Present findings to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and actionable format;

- Ensure the integrity of data by performing routine quality checks and data validation;

- Support the development of ad-hoc analysis and reports as required by the business;

- Monitor KPIs and assist in preparing monthly/quarterly/yearly reports for regional leadership;

- Provide recommendations to optimize financial performance and market positioning;

- Continuously improve reporting processes and automation to enhance efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field;
- At least 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or reporting;
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.);
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and reporting software;
- Solid understanding of performance indicators and market trends;
- Ability to analyze and interpret large datasets and make actionable recommendations;
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy;

- Fluent English;

- Basic Spanish (desirable);

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner;
- Problem-Solving: Ability to proactively identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide effective solutions;
- Team Collaboration: Strong team player with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
- Adaptability: Comfortable in a changing environment and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to think critically and approach data with an investigative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in working with different sources of information (IQVIA, Veeva, Sell in Sell Out);
- Experience in SFE, BI and Strategic KPIs;
- Familiarity with regional market conditions and trends.
