YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Have full ownership of the commercial and operational performance of your region,
  • Lead and develop the regional field team, ensuring strong execution and target achievement,
  • Build strong relationships with key sellers and act as the main business partner within the region,
  • Regularly visit the field and sellers to identify growth opportunities, understand market needs, and close performance gaps,
  • Monitor competitor activities in the region and take proactive actions,
  • Act as the bridge between field and central teams, ensuring strong alignment and smooth execution,
  • Responsible for the Aegean an Mediterranean regions

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum 3 -5 years of sales & account management or business development experience in start-up e-commerce,
  • Proven track record of managing field or regional teams with clear business ownership,
  • Strategic thinking combined with hands on execution,
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and result orientation,
  • Strong communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders,
  • Excel knowledge and data interpretation skills,
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region,
  • Analytical thinker, result-oriented, high achiever, good team player, high sense of responsibility
  • Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in English
