YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Have full ownership of the commercial and operational performance of your region,
- Lead and develop the regional field team, ensuring strong execution and target achievement,
- Build strong relationships with key sellers and act as the main business partner within the region,
- Regularly visit the field and sellers to identify growth opportunities, understand market needs, and close performance gaps,
- Monitor competitor activities in the region and take proactive actions,
- Act as the bridge between field and central teams, ensuring strong alignment and smooth execution,
- Responsible for the Aegean an Mediterranean regions
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 3 -5 years of sales & account management or business development experience in start-up e-commerce,
- Proven track record of managing field or regional teams with clear business ownership,
- Strategic thinking combined with hands on execution,
- High level of ownership, accountability, and result orientation,
- Strong communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders,
- Excel knowledge and data interpretation skills,
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region,
- Analytical thinker, result-oriented, high achiever, good team player, high sense of responsibility
- Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English
