The Role
As an Regional Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the performance, quality, and strategic alignment of your designated area, driving both operational excellence and customer satisfaction. This is a highly impactful leadership role that combines people management, business oversight, and project delivery.
You will be responsible for the coordination of the Engineering team in Mexico, ensuring effective alignment between the local resources and the global structures of Critical Manufacturing. Acting as a bridge between strategic objectives and execution, you will support the local team, ensuring service quality, managing risks and proactively addressing people management topics to ensure continued growth and development.
As a senior leader within the Engineering team, you will also contribute to software delivery projects by leading local teams as required. This role requires strong strategic thinking, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to foster collaboration while promoting continuous improvement, ethical conduct, and compliance.

What You Will Do
- Lead the Mexico Engineering team and contribute to its growth and development
- Manage human resources allocation across company projects
- Support and conduct recruitment processes, including interviews
- Oversee career development, mentoring, and internal mobility in coordination with global structures
- Coordinate effort reporting and ensure timely timesheet submission
- Report and align with Business Units Management
- Manage software delivery projects in coordination with global teams
- Identify, assess, and mitigate people management and motivation risks
- Promote continuous improvement and high service quality standards
What Success Looks Like
Within your first year, you will have:
- Successfully managed Mexico’s Engineering operations in coordination with global teams
- Developed a solid understanding of our product and achieved functional analyst certification
- Built strong relationships with global Team and Area Managers
- Contributed to the successful delivery of software implementation projects
- Progressed toward leading a fully autonomous local team as Team Manager
- Established a collaborative, engaged, and performance-driven team environment

Requirements
What You Will Bring
- Proven experience in team leadership and people management
- Experience in project management, including scope, risk, and stakeholder management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ability to advocate Scrum best practices
- Experience with reporting tools and performance monitoring
- Global mindset with cultural sensitivity and commitment to equity and inclusion
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
What we consider a plus (not mandatory)
- Experience in MES or manufacturing software environments
- Experience working with global and cross-cultural teams
- Knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Previous experience in the Semiconductor, Electronics, Medical Devices, or Industrial Equipment industries
